**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment LLC. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on clinical experience and a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a specified patient population.
  • Consults with staff physicians as needed.
  • Furnishes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions, within their scope of practice.
  • Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as needed.
  • Coordinates the patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required.
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
  • Participates in specific health promotion, education, and/or prevention programs as appropriate to the position.
  • Assists in the ongoing development and implementation of performance-improvement activities such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development.
  • Maintains a professional relationship with staff and coordinates the integration of all health clinic outreach programs as directed by the Medical Director.
  • Performs other related and/or necessary tasks to achieve clinic goals and objectives, as directed by the Medical Director.

**Requirements:**

  • NP/PA with 2-3 years of hands-on clinical experience is required (experience excludes clinical rotations/clerkships).
  • Will consider candidates who have completed a residency hands-on training program of 12 or more months duration.
