Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Ensure precise daily timekeeping and accurate weekly payroll submissions.
  • Manage personnel schedules and document attendance records through the timekeeping system.
  • Maintain safety documentation, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
  • Fulfill client-specific administrative requests and reporting requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in managing, motivating, and developing large teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance training for OSHA, JCAHO, and DOH regulations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with property management and facility teams.
  • Experience in a unionized environment is preferred, along with knowledge of union protocols.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and escalate issues as necessary.
