Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive behavioral health care to PCHS patients.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Behavioral Health: Provide high-quality behavioral health care to patients in accordance with the clinical program's scope and guidelines.
- Determine Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to determine accurate diagnoses based on DSM-V criteria.
- Patient Care Planning: Develop effective treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Primary Care Providers, Psychiatric Specialists, and other Behavioral Health Providers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ongoing Education: Offer ongoing informal education to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Licensure: Active ARNP License in Washington State required.
- Certification: Active DEA Certification and CPR Certification required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
