Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for x-rays, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
  • Exercise professional judgment and provide patient care essential to radiology procedures.
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs, including orthopedic images, as requested by providers.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including quality control documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Radiography or related field.
  • Current licensure with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
