Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare travel arrangements, including air, car, and hotel bookings through preferred suppliers
  • Advocate for customer concerns and requests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Provide travel quotes and related information in response to travel requests
  • Reconcile purchases and audit travel expenses
  • Stay up-to-date with corporate travel trends, regulations, and industry changes, as well as the company's travel policy
  • Process customer transactions, paperwork, and reports efficiently
  • Manage after-hours calls and weekend coverage on a rotating basis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel, airlines, or travel agencies
  • Global Distribution System (GDS) experience required (Smartpoint+, Apollo, Worldspan, or Sabre)
  • Concur Travel skills preferred
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and requests effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
