Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Management and Communications professional to join our team at NYU Langone Health. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our brand through impactful creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our brand positioning and goals.
  • Lead a team of designers and creative professionals to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all marketing channels.
  • Manage and maintain our brand guidelines and style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to inform our design approach.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the creative industry, with 5+ years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions and managing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a corporate in-house team.
  • Proven experience in directing video projects, including commercials and documentaries.
