About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Partner to join our team at Community Health Network. As an Environmental Services Partner, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary environment in our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing cleaning tasks, replenishing supplies, and transporting/disposing of waste and soiled items.
  • Operate various equipment, including vacuum sweepers, trash carts, trash compactors, industrial washers and dryers, electric beds, and flat bed carts.
  • Respect patient confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff, and possess the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Perform cleaning tasks to meet Joint Commission and State Board of Health standards.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling, and standing/walking for approximately eight hours a day.
  • Possess good visual acuity, with correction, at a distance of at least 20 feet and up close.
