Key Responsibilities:

- Execute maintenance and repair tasks efficiently, adhering to dealership standards
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Conduct multi-point inspections
- Ensure quality repairs are completed correctly on the first attempt
- Communicate mechanical diagnoses and repair needs to service advisors and customers in an understandable manner
- Provide estimates for additional repairs and document all services performed
- Follow dealership and manufacturer service protocols
- Stay updated with new technical information and training
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, reporting any safety concerns or defective equipment to management.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experience, with a requirement for Ford certification
- Strong motivation and ability to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical instructions
- Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license required.


Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 annually

Benefits: 401(k), dental insurance, employee discounts, health insurance, and paid time off.


Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.


Work Location: In-person.
