About the Role:
This is a hybrid role* that offers the flexibility to work from home and in the office. As a Clinical Psychiatric Specialist, you'll provide direct clinical services to patients, including psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment. You'll conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations, provide ongoing medication management, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary integrated team to develop and deliver treatment plans. Your expertise will help foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers. You may also have opportunities to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment.
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management.
  • Collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans.
  • Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers.
  • Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Clear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in the state of practice and be Board-eligible or board-certified in the state of practice. You should also have the ability to obtain the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration or ability to obtain if working under an MD. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting, knowledge of TMS, Magventure chair, Spravato, and expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families.
