Clinical Director

Job Summary

The Director of Outpatient Services will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of clinical support activities and functions. This includes planning and implementing program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment. The Director will oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits. Additionally, the Director will provide staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
• Provide staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication.
• Ensure compliance with standards, laws, and certification standards, including those established by JCAHO, Medicare, and other regulatory agencies.
• Supervise the maintenance of patient records to ensure required quality documentation and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Five or more years' experience working in behavioral health required.
• Two or more years' management experience required.
• LMFT, PsyD, LCSW, or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Psychology
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities. The Director will be required to travel between two locations, Sebastopol and Sacramento, and to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekends as needed.
