Job Summary:

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director - Outpatient Services to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of clinical support activities and functions. This includes planning and implementing program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment. You will also oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Oversee the program's budget and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide staff management, including hiring, development, training, performance management, and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with standards, laws, and certification standards.
  • Supervise the maintenance of patient records and ensure quality documentation.
  • Make recommendations for improvements to the program and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
  • Five or more years of experience working in behavioral health.
  • Two or more years of management experience.
  • LMFT, PsyD, LCSW, or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Psychology.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
