Truck Sales Administrator Job Description

Trillium is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Sales Administrator to join our team in West Jefferson. This is a first shift position working Monday to Friday, starting at 8:00am. The starting pay range is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process sale invoices, titles/certificate of origin, and motor vehicle forms to submit to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Verify funds have been received from buyers/financiers and prepare requests for payoffs to the appropriate lienholders.
  • Process and obtain dealer titles for all resale units.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain inventory files for all incoming and outgoing sale units.
  • Process all warranty and service contracts for sold units.
  • Maintain, track, and renew all dealer registration plates and DOT contracts as required by the state department of motor vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
