Job Overview:
As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to meet governance standards.
  • Collaborating with the development team to uphold the quality of deliverables.
  • Creating System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases and data, followed by executing these tests effectively.
  • Reviewing data models and architectural documentation to formulate effective SIT test plans.
  • Validating data integrity by executing database queries and ensuring results align with expectations.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting defects, documenting issues in the Client Quality Center/ALM, and facilitating resolution with the development team.
  • Engaging closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and fellow testers to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Writing queries for data extraction to support test case comparisons.
  • Conducting ETL validation checks and quality assessments.
  • Experience in test automation is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with data profiling and understanding ETL requirements is a plus.
