Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Midland, TX. As a Therapist for Children and Adolescents, you will work with clients of all ages and populations, providing counseling and therapy services to help them overcome various challenges and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
- Provide counseling and therapy services to children and adolescents, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems
- Work with clients to develop coping skills, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Texas
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a specialty area such as play therapy or trauma-informed care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
