We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Texas. Our organization is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to underserved communities, and we are committed to growing a practice that serves the unique needs of children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychiatric services to children and adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
- Supervise no more than 2 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) certified in Behavioral Health, if the opportunity arises
- Have the option to see adults, but this is a Child Psych position
- Participate in research, resident, and medical student education opportunities
- Have the option to provide inpatient care, at the discretion of the respective department and service
