Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting, managing and training Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff, conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting
  • Manage and train RBT staff
  • Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
  • Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy

Qualifications

  • BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred
