We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team at Prompt Recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of 6-8 children in a center-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and train Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff
- Conduct assessments and supervise treatment plans
- Provide parent coaching and collaborate with other disciplines, including Speech and Occupational Therapy
- Utilize evidence-based methods, such as ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp
- BCBA or BCBA-D certification
- Experience working with children with disabilities
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Competitive salary range: $80K - $100K
- Uncapped bonus for exceeding 26 billable hours
- 4-day work week
