KCG is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas area. As a Sales and Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a client base of 20-30 commercial clients in various market segments, including commercial buildings, healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site water analysis and provide written and oral summaries and recommendations to clients.
- Conduct basic plumbing, wiring, maintenance, and project management on water management-related projects.
- Upgrade chemicals and equipment as needed to meet client objectives and pursue best practices.
- Train client personnel on basic water management practices to develop program ownership.
- Work with the KCG leadership team to manage and grow the client base.
- Develop skills and expertise to take on more complex roles within the organization.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in industrial water treatment or management.
- Certified Water Technologist (CWT) preferred, but not required.
- ASSE Certified Legionella Water Safety and Management Specialist preferred, but not required.
- Sales management and/or leadership experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer/Tablet proficiency (Microsoft Office, email).
- Strong math and chemistry aptitude.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Plumbing (primarily PVC), wiring (to enable our controllers and equipment), and maintenance (moving drums, cleaning equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues).
