Job Summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join their team in a dynamic school district in the Pacific Northwest. As a key member of the school community, the successful candidate will provide essential support services to students, teachers, and parents to promote academic success and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention
    • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Counseling and Support
    • Provide counseling services to students experiencing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop effective support strategies.
  • Consultation and Collaboration
    • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address students' individual needs and develop supportive learning environments.
    • Develop and implement behavior management plans to promote positive student behavior.
  • Professional Development
    • Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and educational materials on topics related to mental health, learning disabilities, and crisis intervention.
    • Stay current with best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a School Psychologist in a school setting.
  • Highly competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a matching 401(k) plan.
  • W-2 classification with weekly pay.
