School Psychologist Position

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in a contracted position. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in empowering educators to thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' unique needs and challenges, ensuring accurate and effective support.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans that promote student success.
- Counseling and Guidance Services: Provide counseling and guidance services to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Crisis Intervention and Support: Offer crisis intervention and support during emergency situations or critical incidents, ensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
- Record Keeping and Progress Monitoring: Maintain meticulous and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring to inform decision-making and facilitate continuity of care.
- Education and Licensure: Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution, and valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
