Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our systems.
  • Assign and review work tasks to ensure quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the maintenance and repair of our systems, including street, storm, parking, and traffic engineering systems.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to the public.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that our systems are operating effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of operations and maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
