Claiborne Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team on a PRN, hourly basis.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Administer medications as directed by the nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist with simple medical procedures, such as wound care and catheterization
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare team members
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
- Must have a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate effectively with others
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility
