Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping at recognized hotel brands preferred

  • Ability to respond swiftly to guest inquiries

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly address requests from guests and other departments; prepare and transport cleaning supplies to designated areas.
  • Access guest rooms following established protocols, ensuring privacy and vacancy before entry. Restock guest amenities and supplies.
  • Remove soiled linens from beds.
  • Replace used linens and towels with fresh items.
  • Make beds and neatly arrange towels. Clean bathrooms thoroughly. Dispose of trash, used linens, and room service items. Verify that all appliances are present and functional in the room. Organize desk items, furniture, and appliances.
  • Dust, polish, and eliminate marks from walls and furnishings. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care tasks in guest rooms and hallways.
  • Adhere to all company safety and security policies; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete necessary safety training and certifications; store flammable materials properly.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance; uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist guests with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Collaborate with the team to achieve common objectives. Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.
Work Environment:
  • Flexible scheduling, including availability on weekends.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Capability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Responsibilities may evolve, and additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
