Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Adams County Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient delivery of patient care services.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment where no two days are ever the same. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, replenishing medication carts, and performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
  • Replenish medication carts and restock supplies
  • Perform inventory management and ordering duties
  • Prepare IV medications according to current standards
  • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy technology)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
