Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

Dr. Hill Educational Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing clinical skill and behavior reduction support to children with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental disabilities in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Assist with parent training and provide support/advocacy for families
  • Provide intervention supports to families for the benefit of the child
  • Collect and maintain accurate documentation of services
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support for children and families

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Valid Connecticut driver's license
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support to children and families.
