Job Title: Registered Nurse - Pulmonary Care

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the Bigelow Respiratory Acute Care Unit (RACU) at Mass General Brigham. The RACU is a 30-bed unit that provides care to acutely ill pulmonary patients, as well as general medical patients. As a Registered Nurse on this unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including medical, surgical, trauma, vascular, thoracic, and burn patients.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality patient care to patients on the RACU
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
* Develop and implement educational programs to promote patient understanding and self-care

Requirements:

* Current licensure as an RN in Massachusetts
* At least 1 year of RN experience
* BSN degree
