POSITION SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Results Orientation
Achieve company sales objectives by utilizing effective sales strategies and providing customers with product insights to aid in their selections. - Stay updated on current promotions and sales, maintaining pricing and visual standards.
- Follow protocols in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other tasks assigned by Management.
- Participate in visual merchandising activities such as monthly store setups and area maintenance.
- Customer Engagement
Embody and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience. - Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate a swift and efficient checkout process, remaining informed on payment policies, returns, security practices, etc.
- Encourage additional purchases at checkout, including gift card sales.
- Enroll customers in the rewards program.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized service and styling.
- Stay knowledgeable about current product offerings and styles, both in-store and online.
- Maintain regular communication with clients using customer records.
- Operational Excellence
Assist in replenishment efforts to ensure the store is well-stocked. - Help fulfill locate requests.
- Contribute to visual merchandising tasks such as floor sets, window displays, and signage placement as directed.
- Support maintaining boutique cleanliness and organization.
- Team Collaboration and Development
Encourage an inclusive and collaborative problem-solving approach. - Pursue personal development opportunities and actively seek constructive feedback.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Aptitude to learn and adapt to company-provided technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in interacting with customers, team members, and Management.
- Regular attendance is essential to meet company goals. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Constant walking or standing for a portion of an 8-hour shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs., accounting for 1-33% of an 8-hour shift.
- Frequent climbing, representing 34%-66% of an 8-hour shift.
