BluSky Restoration is seeking a skilled Construction Project Director who plays a vital role in our success by accurately estimating and securing project sales.

This role offers a competitive starting salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience, along with UNCAPPED commission potential. This is a lucrative opportunity with significant earning potential.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
Commission OTE: $70,000 - $200,000
Vehicle Allowance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management:
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales targets
- Negotiate and finalize contracts for the company
- Promote all services offered by BluSky
- Convert leads into sales and track progress in our CRM system

Revenue Oversight:
- Supervise revenue generation in line with monthly objectives
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely billing
- Guide Project Managers in revenue production
- Review project schedules with the team

Profit Margin Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets adhering to target margins
- Ensure budget accuracy and make adjustments as necessary
- Enhance project profitability through strategic vendor and labor management
- Monitor project costs to maintain margin integrity

Accounts Receivable & Collections:
- Set clear expectations with clients regarding the AR process
- Understand invoicing and payment terms thoroughly
- Conduct weekly collection calls and manage accounts proactively
- Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) at or below 75 days

Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients and claims teams to close leads
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project
- Document all communications and manage files in the BluSky CRM

Business Development:
- Schedule and attend business development meetings weekly
- Participate in marketing events such as luncheons and trade shows
- Build relationships with clients to drive business growth

Estimating Expertise:
- Utilize accurate sketching and Matterport technology
- Demonstrate knowledge of Time and Material (T&M) and Xactimate
- Ensure project estimates align with target margins

Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable for updates
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Coordinate with mitigation teams for timely work authorization
- Walk through projects with technicians to define scope
- Review daily T&M sheets with operations teams
- Confirm project completion meets client expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing/business development within restoration or construction
- Extensive experience in construction estimating and large loss management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software like Xactimate
- Strong communication skills and business ethics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
