  • Troubleshooting signal issues to ensure alarm functions properly
  • Performing daily hands-on field interaction with customers and providing customer care
  • Testing and verifying signals for equipment
  • Training customers on the use of equipment and answering questions
  • Completing necessary customer paperwork for each job
  • Running cables and wiring for homes under construction
  • Maintaining accurate truck inventory of devices and products
  • Providing top-quality customer service
