Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Joshua Tree Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and suspension work.
  2. Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with service advisors and parts department personnel to ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company safety and environmental policies.
  5. Stay up-to-date with manufacturer updates and participate in educational workshops to continuously improve technical knowledge.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Stellantis vehicles.
  3. ASE certifications or manufacturer-specific certifications preferred.
  4. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  5. Knowledge of automotive repair tools, equipment, and procedures.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  8. Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team.
  9. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
