- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications and technical requirements
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization
- 5+ years of experience with product management and focusing on AI or machine learning software products
- 5+ years of experience translating government gaps and needs into detailed product specifications and technical requirements
- 5+ years of experience with project management, including spend plan management, variance monitoring, risk management, and reporting
- Experience with DoD clients
- Experience managing product backlog to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Experience developing and monitoring product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization
- Experience launching and managing AI-driven software products successfully
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, LLMs, and computer vision
- Secret clearance
- Master's degree
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for production
- Experience running Agile methodologies and ceremonies and tools, including Jira
- Experience prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Doctorate degree
- PMP Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD.
