Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Olive Garden's beverage menu, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables and prioritizing tasks to meet high standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beverage trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
