Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Development Scientist to join our team at International Flavors and Fragrances. As a key member of our product development group, you will be responsible for developing value-creating solutions for project teams and stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a bench-focused position working on liquid formulations of non-pharma enzymes. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of enzyme and/or protein stability, ability to trouble-shoot assays, critically evaluate data, and be a self-motivated research scientist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements new methodologies and techniques to drive results and meet objectives
  • Manages more than one project assigned by supervision, has the responsibility for the experimental aspects of the project and provides high-quality data
  • Delivers quality results and solutions to complex problems
