Job Title: Bilingual Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
  • Provide direct clinical treatment using evidence-based methods and models.
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure cooperation among service providers.
  • Document treatment efforts and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training, supervision, and consultation activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Build relationships with families and stakeholders to promote a strength-focused approach.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and provide support as needed.
  • Attend weekly supervision and consultation meetings.
  • Manage travel requirements and participate in on-call rotations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Engagement with support departments to ensure timely hiring, performance management, and other personnel decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and cultural competence.

Salary Range: $63,750 - $75,250/year
