The New York Foundling is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide direct clinical treatment to individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based methods and models. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Provide direct clinical treatment, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with community stakeholders, including child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, and judges, to ensure cooperation among service providers.
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment efforts, including electronic health records and other systems as applicable.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and consultation activities to ensure compliance with assigned models and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to promote cooperation and collaboration.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and well-being of clients and staff.
The New York Foundling offers a competitive salary range of $63,750 - $75,250/year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
