Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of retail consumer and small business products and services to provide tailored solutions to customers.
  • Utilize the consultative sales process to build strong relationships with customers and identify their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed customer experience and production goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the Financial Center's success.
Requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of risk management and compliance, with the ability to operate within the Bank's risk appetite.
