  • Implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and enhance overall profitability.

Quality Assurance and Brand Standards:

  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in product quality, service delivery, and guest experience across all locations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to evaluate compliance with brand standards and operational protocols.
  • Address any discrepancies or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners to support operational goals and business growth.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and field operations, facilitating communication and alignment on strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a VP of Operations role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams to reach their full potential.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
