Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of properties, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash and debris.
  • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory availability and cleanliness.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as greasing oil springs, replacing rubber gaskets, and repairing minor leaks.
  • Keep outside restrooms clean and maintain the cleanliness of outside areas, including flower beds and golf carts.
  • Process mail, bank deposits, and petty cash, and stock supplies as needed.
  • Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and equipment issues to management.
  • Perform customer lock cuts and maintain rental trucks.
  • Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (approximately 3-8 hours daily).
  • Ability to lift boxes, tools, and other materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity to accurately observe and describe maintenance-related issues.
  • Ability to work in outside weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.
Working Conditions

The work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, such as chemicals, animals, insects, and heavy machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to all employees, and training will be provided on the appropriate use of such equipment.
