Performance Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. This individual will provide comprehensive athletic training services and administrative support to organizations under our outreach contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide athletic trainer services for athletic events and competition
- Assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries in accordance with state regulations and professional standards
- Develop and maintain an effective athletic training program, including policies and procedures manuals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and departmental growth
- Manage workers' compensation cases and facilitate referrals as needed
- Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training (CAATE Approved program)
- BOC certification and maintenance of 50 CEU's every two years
- Licensed in the state of practice as an Athletic Trainer
- Current BLS certification and Personal Liability Insurance
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to fluid situations
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
