Director of Youth Football Development

The FFF Academy is a leading institution in the development of young footballers, seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our academy coaching team.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionThis part-time position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our FFA teams, working closely with the Technical Director to develop academy players within the FFA pathway.
You will be responsible for creating and executing high-level training sessions, mentoring athletes, building productive relationships with colleagues, athletes, parents, and local stakeholders, and driving player development according to the FFA methodology.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years coaching experience, preferably with a U.S. Soccer D license or foreign equivalent;
- A college degree or equivalent experience;
- US VISA WORK PERMIT; and
- Fluency in English.
Additional requirements include strong verbal and written communication skills, CPR & AED certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
