Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technician to join our team in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures and maintaining a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Operative Preparation: Prepare the operating room and manage necessary instruments and supplies during procedures in a timely manner.
- Instrument Management: Maintain a sterile environment and manage instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Communication: Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective communication and a smooth surgical process.
- Post-Operative Care: Assist with post-operative care and ensure a safe and efficient recovery process.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting required.
- Certifications: Current BLS certification required.
- Experience with Robotic Procedures: 1 year of experience with robotic procedures (Alpharetta location only).
- Experience in Urogynecology: 1 year of experience in urogynecology (Alpharetta location only).
