About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN Telemetry Specialist to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a Providence caregiver, you will have the opportunity to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and analyze patient data to identify potential health risks and develop strategies for prevention and intervention.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
  • One (1) year Nursing experience.
