Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Telemetry Specialist to join our team at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center. As a member of our telemetry unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and medical-surgical conditions
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire
  • One (1) year Nursing experience
