Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in Richmond, CA. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to execute treatment plans and interventions aimed at addressing speech, language, and communication goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments and evaluations, administering individual or group therapy sessions, and monitoring and documenting client progress. You will also implement diverse therapeutic techniques and exercises to enhance speech production, articulation, language comprehension, and expressive language skills. Additionally, you will assist students in developing and refining social communication skills and educate students and their families on strategies and techniques to enhance communication beyond therapy sessions. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field, current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) from a recognized certifying organization, and previous experience working with individuals with communication disorders.
