Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Trauma Med-Surg team at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating and delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to patients using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage"
  • Collaborate with medical providers and other members of the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Advocate for patients/families/caregivers and model a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  • At least one year of RN experience, ideally in the acute care setting
