About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
  • Business Development: Leverage industry-leading technology to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Dispatch Operations: Manage customer orders, facilitate communication between staff and drivers, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and drivers through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-leading technology and software, with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and drivers.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
