About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our team at Tricoci Salon & Spa. As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our hairstylists and hair colorists in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of assistance to hairstylists and hair colorists by performing tasks such as shampooing clients, applying and monitoring treatments, and executing conditioning treatments.
  • Support the standards of Tricoci by maintaining blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, dispensary areas, and laundry.
  • Ensure safety standards and cleanliness by keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services, and ensure board compliance.
  • Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team, promoting teamwork and a high level of client service throughout the salon and spa.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
  • Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods.
