Job Summary:

As a Host/Hostess with Compass Group, North America, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience. We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our establishment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Collaborate with the food service team to ensure seamless service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on menu items, promotions, and company policies.

• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.

• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.

• Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly and efficiently, and lift up to 25 pounds.
