Job Title: Host/Hostess

At Living Room LA, we are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team. As the face of our club, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Reception: Greet all members and guests with a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring they feel immediately at home.
  • Reservations Management: Handle reservations with accuracy, managing the reservation system to maximize table occupancy while maintaining a smooth flow of service.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information on menus, hours of operation, and club amenities.
  • Seating Coordination: Work closely with the service team to ensure tables are prepared and guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Member and Guest Relations: Build relationships with members and guests, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Service Support: Assist the Food and Beverage team as needed, providing support to ensure service standards are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
