Job Summary

As an Automotive Customer Service Specialist, you will guide and assist clients with their vehicle service requirements. You will be responsible for generating repair orders and liaising with the service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously

• Identify the nature of customer concerns; may conduct road tests or visually inspect vehicles

• Prepare Repair Order Requests (ROR) outlining services to be performed or products to be sold

• Secure customer consent for services prior to handing over orders to service staff

• Discuss completed repairs or services with customers and process payments

• Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and replenish displays as necessary

• Execute daily cash/sales procedures at the end of the business day

• Adhere to the Company Quality Control Program, Safety Policies, and relevant regulations

Desired Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent vocational training

• Familiarity with computerized sales and marketing software

• Understanding of automotive tire, lubrication, and maintenance issues

• Experience with Mitchell Repair, Activant, All-Data, and vehicle service manuals for troubleshooting

Preferred Experience:

• 2+ years in a retail setting, ideally in automotive tire, lubrication, or maintenance

• 3+ years as a Service Advisor in an auto repair shop, dealership, or similar professional environment

• Background as a vehicle mechanic or lubrication technician
